Dont Work For Money, Let Money Work For You!

A major difference between the rich and poor is that the poor work for money while the rich get their money to work for them. Meditate on the above sentence and you will understand what I mean, if you want to be rich you need to know how to manipulate your money(it doesn't matter how little it is) to work for you so that you don't have to work for it.

Your personal financial buoyancy is defined by whether or not you earn enough money without having to work in other to be able to cover all of your living expenses. If your passive earnings (incomes you don't have to work for) is greater than your expenses then you have an applaudable amount of freedom that most people never experience. You aren't tied to a job or under the "poky" nose of a Boss to be able to survive, you can therefore do almost anything you wish to at anytime you want to.

The more you get to know how to manipulate your money to work for you the less money you need to be financially free. For instance, lets assume your living expenses was to be put at $2,000 per month. You would need to earn $2,000 in passive income per month to cover all your needs. If you were earning 2% on your money you would need $1,200,000 in order to be financially free. But if you were earning 25% on your money you would only need $96,000 to be financially free. That is a big difference.

So now you might start wondering how you can get your money to work for you so you don't have to work? I wish I could give you a step-by-step answer that you could instantly put into action to be financially free. But unfortunately it is not this simple and it is not something one can read a few lines and be able to understand, it takes time to get accustomed to such thinkings, it is a thing of the mind that can only be learnt from experience including several failures. For example, If you luckily won $1,200,000 say maybe from a lotto or any other winning game source, you could just put it in the bank and it will be earning you 4% interest and you might be financially free. But if you have little or no money then becoming financially free wont just happen within a month. However, no matter your financial situation I believe that if you work and study hard you can become financially free in just 5 years.
